Senior Account Manager (Social) - Global Social Agency


A fast-growing global social agency with offices around the globe, they partner with major international brands across tech, hospitality, food and beverage, and retail.


Location: Berlin, Germany

Salary: €45,000 per annum

Start Date: ASAP


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading the development and implementation of comprehensive social media strategies for key global brands across various platforms.
  • Overseeing the management and execution of daily social media activities.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for clients.
  • Leading client presentations, reporting, and strategic recommendations, effectively communicating campaign performance and insights in both German and English.
  • Collaborating effectively with and mentoring internal teams (Social Media Managers, Creative, Strategy, Client Services) and managing external stakeholders to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
  • Ensuring brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all social media channels for client accounts, particularly within the German market.
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities for account growth and new business development.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media technologies to provide innovative and strategic recommendations to clients.


What We're Looking For:

  • Significant proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Account Manager, with a strong track record of success in managing social media for established brands, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, present, and implement successful social media strategies and campaigns that deliver measurable business results and exceed client expectations.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and a proven ability to interpret complex data to develop strategic insights and recommendations for client growth.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and drive account growth.
