Account Executive – Remote (Germany / Austria) | SaaS EdTech

A fast-growing global EdTech company is hiring Account Executive to join its international sales team. This is a hunter role focused on closing new business (~70%) while nurturing existing accounts (~30%) through upsell and cross-sell.
What you’ll do:
- Own the full sales cycle: from outreach to close
- Focus on new logo acquisition in the DACH market
- Maintain and grow existing accounts
- Collaborate with a high-performing, KPI-driven sales culture
- Engage with researchers, academic staff, and librarians — online and face-to-face
What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (bonus if in EdTech, publishing, or SaaS)
- Strong consultative sales approach
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote team
- Fluent German
- Willingness to travel up to 5 days/month for customer visits
- A genuine interest in education, science, or digital learning
- ? A Bachelor's degree is required.
Offer:
- €50–60K base salary
- 20% commission on all bookings after hitting target (up to €30K+ annually)
