Account Executive – Remote (Germany / Austria) | SaaS EdTech

? €50–60K base + ~€30K uncapped commission


A fast-growing global EdTech company is hiring Account Executive to join its international sales team. This is a hunter role focused on closing new business (~70%) while nurturing existing accounts (~30%) through upsell and cross-sell.


What you’ll do:

  • Own the full sales cycle: from outreach to close
  • Focus on new logo acquisition in the DACH market
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts
  • Collaborate with a high-performing, KPI-driven sales culture
  • Engage with researchers, academic staff, and librarians — online and face-to-face


What we’re looking for:

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (bonus if in EdTech, publishing, or SaaS)
  • Strong consultative sales approach
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote team
  • Fluent German
  • Willingness to travel up to 5 days/month for customer visits
  • A genuine interest in education, science, or digital learning
  • ? A Bachelor's degree is required.


Offer:

  • €50–60K base salary
  • 20% commission on all bookings after hitting target (up to €30K+ annually)
