Manager - Financial Disclosures & Analysis

Location: Frankfurt

​Our client is seeking a Manager - Financial Disclosures & Analysis to play a key role in analysing and interpreting financial performance indicators. This position contributes directly to strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights and supporting financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and interpret financial performance data, providing strategic insights.
• Collaborate with business units, regional teams, and senior stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports for senior leadership.
• Utilise modern analytics tools such as Power BI and scenario modelling for performance evaluations.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements for external reporting.
• Participate in international projects to enhance reporting and controlling processes.

Your profile:

• Master’s degree in business administration, finance, or controlling.
• At least 4 years of experience in controlling, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP (SEM-BCS, CO/FI, BW).
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience handling large data sets and familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, structured working style, and excellent communication abilities.
