Your Role:

As a Java Developer, you’ll be at the forefront of building state-of-the-art solutions in an agile environment. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, from conception to implementation, focusing on developing Microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and J2EE frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Java-based applications, with a focus on microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
• Write high-quality, testable, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing software solutions.
• Document code, procedures, and solutions to ensure clarity and team collaboration.
• Work effectively in a distributed team environment, utilizing modern tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in team-building days (once a week) to foster collaboration and maintain a strong company culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Java development with a strong background in modern frameworks such as Spring Boot and JAX-RS.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker (desirable).
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Language Requirement: C1-level proficiency in German is mandatory (Native or fluent German speakers are preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
