With a strong commitment to engineering excellence and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a Quality Manager to lead our quality strategy and ensure compliance across all production and project activities.
About the Role: As the Quality Manager, you will take ownership of the Quality Management System, oversee product and process compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will play a critical role in maintaining certification standards (EASA Part 21/G, AS9100), fostering a culture of quality, and supporting both customer and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Quality department, including Quality Engineers and Inspectors.
- Maintain and improve the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with AS9100, EASA Part 21/G, and other applicable standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer audits, regulatory audits, and certification bodies.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for internal and external quality issues.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain teams to ensure quality requirements are achieved.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness across the organization.
- Oversee supplier quality performance, including supplier audits and improvement initiatives.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to drive product quality, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present quality metrics and reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager, Senior Quality Engineer, or similar leadership role in Aerospace or Automotive manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of AS9100, EASA Part 21/G, or equivalent quality standards.
- Experience within Aircraft Interiors is highly desirable, though candidates from broader Aerospace or Automotive sectors will be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to manage audits, certifications, and customer quality requirements.
- Strong skills in root cause analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field.
