WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO:

• Troubleshoot and analyze high-tech intralogistics systems directly at customer sites.
• Take ownership of complex repairs and technical modifications.
• Plan and carry out routine maintenance to maximize system uptime and efficiency.
• Support the commissioning of new systems and ensure a seamless handover to the service team.
• Advise customers on strategic spare parts planning and predictive maintenance solutions.
• Identify opportunities for modernization to boost the performance of existing systems.
• Benefit from a six-week, hands-on onboarding program at our Sinsheim facility, including ongoing technical training tailored to our products.
• Work in a 3-shift rotation, including weekends, across Germany in direct customer-facing roles.
• Receive additional compensation for shifts, weekends, and travel time.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

• Technical Know-How: Completed training in electronics, mechatronics, or a similar technical field.
• Practical Experience: Solid understanding of mechanical systems, plant engineering, and intralogistics.
• Customer-Oriented: Strong service mindset and the ability to communicate professionally with clients.
• Team Spirit: A collaborative and dependable working style.
• Willingness to Travel: Open to frequent travel across Germany.
• Flexible Availability: Comfortable working in a rotating 3-shift system, including weekends.
