Responsibilities:
- Take ownership and design new features for the app
- Enhance your knowledge to implement user driven product requirements / optimizations
- Work closely with the development team
- Have a direct impact on team processes and conventions by regular retrospectives

Required experience:
- Living in Europe
- 3+ years of experience designing mobile apps (UI/UX)
- Fluent in Figma: can maintain and evolve a design system
- Experienced in UX (map and analyse existing flows and suggest improvements, understand usability)
- Doesn't think of design as pure aesthetics - interested in design as a way to solve user problems and drive desired user behaviour
- Ideally worked at or designed for social app startups for gen-z
- Values an environment of open feedback and growth
- Used to work in an English-speaking environment
