Led by semiconductor and battery industry veterans, this fast-moving company seeks a hands-on Quality & Reliability Engineer to develop reliability plans and tests to ensure that the companys products comply with relevant standards and customer requirements Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you'll drive all aspects of product reliability, from pre-qualification of prototype material to ongoing reliability testing in mass production

The ideal candidate brings:

• 10 years relevant experience in semiconductor reliability testing, and Flash memory
• Experienced with IC reliability stress methods
• Experience with CMOS
• Knowledge of entire Semiconductor Fabrication, assembly, test, and Q&R flow
• Knowledge of semiconductor and package reliability failure mechanisms
• Experienced with common problem-solving tools, such as 8D, Ishikawa. 5-why
• Experienced with Failure Mode Effect Analysis FMEA
