Position: Sales Manager, EMEA – Pharmaceutical Excipients
A global leader in pharmaceutical excipients is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across the EMEA region. This hybrid role combines strategic oversight with hands-on customer engagement and collaboration with international teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement the EMEA sales strategy, reporting to the Director of Sales, Life Sciences.
- Manage key accounts and channel partners, focusing on long-term growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, regulatory, R&D, and customer service teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, forecasts, and visit reports.
- Coordinate global sales efforts with teams in the North America and Asia.
- Represent the company at major industry events and trade shows.
Your Background:
- Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or similar—or equivalent industry experience.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in pharma excipients or ingredients.
- Deep knowledge of oral solid dosage forms and controlled release technologies.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience with pharma manufacturers or CDMOs.
- Fluent in English; German and/or French is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% across EMEA.
