Position: Sales Manager, EMEA – Pharmaceutical Excipients


A global leader in pharmaceutical excipients is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across the EMEA region. This hybrid role combines strategic oversight with hands-on customer engagement and collaboration with international teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement the EMEA sales strategy, reporting to the Director of Sales, Life Sciences.
  • Manage key accounts and channel partners, focusing on long-term growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, regulatory, R&D, and customer service teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates, forecasts, and visit reports.
  • Coordinate global sales efforts with teams in the North America and Asia.
  • Represent the company at major industry events and trade shows.


Your Background:

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or similar—or equivalent industry experience.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in pharma excipients or ingredients.
  • Deep knowledge of oral solid dosage forms and controlled release technologies.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience with pharma manufacturers or CDMOs.
  • Fluent in English; German and/or French is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% across EMEA.
