A fast-growing global EdTech company is hiring a Customer Succsess Manager. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll ensure adoption and long-term success of the platform across academic accounts.
Your mission:
- Support universities post-sale to drive usage and renewals
- Build relationships with faculty and help integrate the product into classrooms
- Serve as the trusted contact for onboarding, support, and training
Ideal background:
- Master’s or PhD in Life Sciences or a STEM discipline
- Confident communicator (even poster presentations or academic demos count!)
- Experience with customer interaction, training, or support
- Fluent German
