One of the most influential Leaders of the legal world is seeking an Executive Assistant to support her team. This encompasses far less legal administration than is typical for Legal Assistant positions; the role will focus on meeting & priority organisation, global travel management and high level scheduling.

In this role, you'll work with some of the most brilliant and forward-thinking minds in the legal world on matters such as sustainability & international trade, and the right person for this needs to be passionate about supporting a dynamic team & being a trusted partner.


They welcome innovative ideas, use of technology to streamline the role and ensure the focus is on the strategic goals of the team.


Main duties include:


  • Proactive calendar management for the lawyers
  • Covering the Partner Assistant to support the Partner with all organisational matters
  • Coordination of high volume appointments and global travel management
  • Working with other Assistants to help support the wider teams when needed
  • Coordinate with the Admin team to delegate documentation and presentation production


To be considered for this, you must:


  • Have worked in a similar role, using Microsoft Outlook to a high standard
  • Be able to work in an ever-changing and fast paced environment and team
  • Be a team player with a non-hierarchical mindset, happy to support others when needed
  • Be passionate about supporting a team, working towards a common goal
  • Be able to work confidently in fluent German and possess advanced professional level English
  • Have worked for a global business
  • Demonstrate problem solving skills
