I’m hiring a Head of Influencer Marketing & Cooperations for a profitable, well-funded DTC company in the wellness space — a brand built on quality, evidence, and customer trust, with tens of thousands of five-star reviews and a loyal international following.

This is a unique chance to take full ownership of influencer marketing in a business where the channel already commands real investment, leadership buy-in, and cross-functional importance.

? What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning influencer and creator strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and new channels.
  • Building systems to engage micro-influencers and long-tail creators at scale.
  • Setting up tools, data pipelines, and attribution frameworks to track and improve results.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team with a balance of clarity and creative space.
  • Working cross-functionally with growth, eCom, product, and leadership to embed influencer at the core of acquisition strategy.
  • Always testing, iterating, and levelling up the role influencer plays in the business.


? You might be a fit if:

  • You’ve scaled influencer programmes at a consumer brand, ideally DTC and/or wellness-related.
  • You’re both relationship-led and performance-minded — just as happy briefing creators as you are reviewing campaign data.
  • You’ve led or mentored teams and know how to create strong systems without stifling creativity.
  • You care about helping people live better — and want to work with a product you believe in.
  • You’re fluent in English and based in (or open to relocating to) Berlin.
