Your Responsibilities:

• Configuration and troubleshooting of the current IT infrastructure
• Designing access rights structures, considering local organization and national subsidiaries
• Planning and executing new IT projects
• Overseeing and maintaining the current infrastructure, including troubleshooting (e.g., procurement of spare parts)
• Providing internal user support (e.g., Office/Outlook/Windows/Hardware)
• Managing onboarding and offboarding processes (domain, email, telephony, hardware procurement, etc.)

Your Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Microsoft infrastructure (hybrid Microsoft O365 including Exchange/Teams, Azure Active Directory, Hyper-V, MS servers and client systems, failover mechanisms)
• Solid knowledge of network and storage systems (Cisco SG Series, TrueNAS, IIS, VEEAM, OPNsense, monitoring tools)
• Basic understanding of VPN, PBX, Linux, Cloudflare, WLAN, and Enterprise Security is a plus
• Independent, efficient, and structured working style with excellent communication skills
• Fluent in both German and English
