Job Title: Business Development Manager - Europe
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence across Europe, with a focus on strategic growth and building strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be based in Poland or Europe and will bring a wealth of experience in business development, market analysis, and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth across Europe.
- Handle the retail channel penetration with our distribution partner
- Work closely with the Marketing team to implement the marketing strategy
- Analyse and suggest proposal to enhance the sell out for the retail channels
- Provide training the distribution partner
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets within the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Prepare and present business proposals, negotiations, and contracts.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, targets, and KPIs.
- Stay updated with industry regulations, compliance, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within Europe.
- Several years of experience in the consumer electronics industry and relevant contacts within the industry.
- Familiarity with the Smart Watch, Electronics, Camera, Telco or toys industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the European market and business landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and drive results.
- Proficient in market research, analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively with the HQ team based in Singapore as well as colleagues in various countries.
- Fluency in English, additional European languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Europe as required.
