To drive our continued success in Europe, we are looking for a Global Product Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Munich. As Global Product Manager Europe, you will be responsible for managing and developing our product portfolio – with a focus on the JOIE brand – to meet the needs of diverse European markets.

What you'll do

• Managing the European product portfolio in collaboration with the PM team in our global headquarters and the local markets.
• Gathering and consolidating market feedback to shape regional product strategies.
• Engaging closely with local teams to ensure new developments align with market-specific requirements.
• Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Planning and initiating product launches with the global marketing team, including participation in photo and video shoots.
• Develop training materials for key accounts as well as our Joie academy.
• Acting as a liaison between global headquarters and European stakeholders.

What you'll bring

• Degree in business, marketing, engineering, industrial design, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in product management or product marketing role.
• A passion for innovative products and a strong understanding of global market dynamics.
• A keen interest in product design and trend analysis.
• An open mind and the ability to adapt to different perspectives, cultures, and ways of working.
• The ability to remain focused and effective under pressure.
• Willingness for occasional travel within Europe and Asia (Taiwan/China/Thailand).
• Fluency in English; German or other European languages are a plus.
