An international investment management house is seeking a dynamic Institutional Sales Director to drive business growth and create opportunities within the institutional client segment.
The Institutional Sales Director will:
- Inherit an established book of business
- Play a key role in expanding relationships with corporates, pension funds, insurance companies, and regional consultants.
- Join a strong German distribution team that operates as a fully integrated unit, not just a satellite office.
- Be supported by a robust office set-up which will help drive growth in segregated mandates, solutions, and SICAV offerings. ]
- Have direct engagement with local and global consultants, and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and support.
Key Responsibilities of the Institutional Sales Director:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow institutional AUMs.
- Cultivate and maintain key client relationships while meeting sales targets.
- Lead client presentations and participate in industry events.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure top-tier service delivery.
The Institutional Sales Director will meet the following credentials:
- Proven track record in institutional sales.
- Strong knowledge of investment products and regulatory requirements.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Experience with German Spezialfonds and KVGs
