Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow the Ultrafabrics brand presence in the German market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within the textile industry, a deep understanding of the German marketplace, and a proven ability to build lasting relationships with key accounts. They should also understand the intricacies of the A&D, Dealer and Contract Furniture markets and possess strong relationships in each

market.


Principal Responsibilities/Duties

• Manage the German marketplace for Ultrafabrics, developing clear strategies and business plans to ensure continued sales growth.

• Ensure the monthly and annual sales budget is met/exceeded.

• Responsible for monthly reporting of business KPIs and accurately producing sales forecasts.

• High level input into annual strategic planning process, Sales & Marketing budgets.

• Core expertise in A&D, Dealer and Contract Furniture markets.

• Work with both the Ultrafabrics European and Ultrafabrics U.S. office to ensure global approach.

• Manage Key A&D accounts in German market securing specification & procurement.

• Continue to increase Ultrafabrics brand exposure– promoting Ultrafabrics to all relevant stakeholders within the supply chain.

• Strategic thinker who will target and source new commercial business opportunities.

• Existing wealth of experience within and industry contacts across the A&D & Dealer network.

• Proven ability to develop lasting relationships with key clients to deliver growing sales.

• Continually analyzing customer, competitor and industry trends and providing insight to both EU & US HQ.

• Confidently present the Ultrafabrics brand and product offering to customers at all levels - expert adviser/educator who always adds value.

• Maintain customer files and information through proficient use of the Ultrafabrics CRM system.

• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills showing attention to detail, accuracy, and focus.

Unique Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent education and related training

• 10+ years’ progressive experience leading sales within a growth-oriented organization serving OEMs and retailers.

• English language skills- Professional proficiency.

• Driven, results oriented and commercially astute.

• Strong understanding of end user markets in all sectors

• Demonstrated ability to achieve outsized revenue growth.

• Impeccable oral and verbal communications and presentation skills

• Team Player - work in close collaboration with Operations, Customer Services & HQ always ensuring high-level customer service.

• Thrives within an entrepreneurial and collaborative business environment.

• Ability to work under pressure and natural problem solver.

• Exhibit strong computer literacy with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sage CRM
