A global asset management powerhouse is looking to appoint a Vice President - Client Services to join its high-performing EMEA team. This is a key client-facing position with broad exposure across front-to-back operations, designed for a proactive, commercially minded individual who thrives on building trusted relationships and delivering a premium service experience.


This is not just a servicing role — it is about owning client relationships, influencing change, and driving continuous improvement across every stage of the client lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities of the Vice President - Client Services:

  • Act as a strategic partner and day-to-day contact for a portfolio of institutional clients across the EMEA region.
  • Lead client meetings and take full ownership of the service delivery agenda.
  • Manage complex client relationships end-to-end — from pre-win and onboarding through to ongoing delivery and transformation initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement by collaborating with internal teams, leveraging technology, and advocating for the client internally.
  • Interpret and navigate intricate operating models to shape a differentiated client experience.
  • Manage bespoke investor reporting cycles, ensuring timelines and standards are consistently met.
  • Provide thought leadership on client-facing projects and act as a point of escalation and problem-solver for technical and operational challenges.
  • Maintain complete and accurate client records in internal CRM systems, ensuring a robust audit trail and risk management process.
  • Proactively communicate regulatory updates, product developments, and business initiatives to clients.


The Vice President - Client Services will meet the following criteria:

  • Proven experience managing institutional client relationships in investment management.
  • Deep understanding of client servicing across complex operational structures.
  • Fluent German and English is essential.
  • Track record of managing clients and leading meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • A self-starter with strong project management capabilities and excellent attention to detail.
  • University degree qualified (or equivalent).
