Engineering Lead (Frontend Focus)

We're growing fast, and we're looking for a hands-on Engineering Lead to take our frontend to the next level.

What you’ll do

This is a leadership role with real impact — where writing code and shaping product go hand in hand.

• Spend ~70% of your time shipping features in Vue.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL
• Own the evolution of our tech stack with performance and scalability top of mind
• Lead by example — mentoring engineers, driving architecture decisions, and improving processes
• Work directly with product and design to build intuitive, user-first features
• Shape how we work: workflows, tools, releases, team rituals — it’s yours to influence
• Help scale a team and a product that’s changing how construction gets done

Tech stack

Frontend: Vue.js, TypeScript, Vite, GraphQL (Apollo), WebSockets, Playwright

Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, AWS, Terraform, Kafka

You don’t need to know every tool on day one — but curiosity, fast learning, and strong

fundamentals are a must.

Who we’re looking for

You’re a product-minded engineer who wants to lead without stepping away from the code.

• Deep experience in frontend engineering, especially with Vue.js and TypeScript
• Proven ability to guide technical discussions and make architecture calls
• Clear communicator who bridges product, design, and engineering
• Passionate about mentorship and helping engineers grow
• Startup-savvy: adaptable, proactive, and focused on outcomes
• Obsessed with clean, intuitive UI/UX and fast, reliable performance

Bonus points if you have

• Backend experience with REST, GraphQL, or WebSockets
• Worked in hybrid teams or led small teams at a fast-scaling startup
