About the Role:

Join our Vendor Risk Management and Outsourcing team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn on the job, understand and apply regulatory requirements, and support day-to-day outsourcing and third-party risk management activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Assessments: Contribute to risk assessments and support the business units to identify risks associated with outsourcing.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of outsourcing activities and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
  • KPI Monitoring: Coordinate the monthly process of KPI-monitoring submissions by the business to JEG Outsourcing Officer.
  • Support Activities: Provide day-to-day support to the Outsourcing Officer, including administrative tasks:
  • Assist with preparation and production of materials/reporting packs for various monthly/quarterly governance committees.
  • Assist with action tracking, logging new actions, and ensuring timely completion by relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist with regular (annual) reviews/revalidations of JEG Outsourcing service classification and Risk Assessments.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Assist in ensuring all outsourcing activities comply with relevant regulations.
  • Ad Hoc/Project-Based Support:
  • Develop guidance notes/procedure documents for the business to follow.
  • Assist with preparation of training materials.
  • Assist with reviewing and enhancing the service monitoring framework relating to outsourcing arrangements and ICT services under DORA.

Qualifications:

  • Recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • 6+ months of experience within Financial Services or Investment Banking
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Keen interest in regulatory compliance and risk management.
