Responsibilities:

  • Prepare complex insurance content, ensuring it is understandable and accessible to customers.
  • Together with the company's internal teams and insurance partners, you will develop innovative features that support customers in making decisions.
  • Act as an interface between customer service, product management, and the company's insurance partners.
  • Work with cooperation partners to solve technical questions and technical challenges and implement joint projects.
  • Through market and competitive analyses, you will ensure that the company's insurance offering is continuously optimised.
  • Maintain and optimize the company's tariff database and interfaces to provide customers with up-to-date information.
  • Identify targeted cooperation opportunities from the needs of partners and customers and implement them successfully.



Requirements:

  • Successfully completed studies.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position in business development, tariff, partner, or key account management.
  • A structured, independent, and detail-oriented way of working comes naturally to you.
  • You can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and have solid basic Excel knowledge.
  • Good analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a team, and a high level of commitment.
  • You see the insurance sector as an exciting challenge that you would like to tackle with digital solutions.
  • Fluent German language skills (at least C1).
  • Hands-on mentality and implementation strength round off your profile.
