Your Responsibilities:

• Optimization of manufacturing processes for power modules
• Collaboration with the development team to implement and enhance a Design for Industrialization approach
• Development of risk mitigation measures for a safe production launch
• Responsibility for continuous improvement processes through best practices and lessons learned
• Support in FMEA processes

Your Skills and Experience:

• University Degree in Engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in and series production of high-voltage power modules
• Strong expertise in sintering, bonding, molding, and testing of power modules
• Familiarity with power electronics standards
• Experience in quality management and efficiency improvement
• Experience in leading international teams on a technical level
• Business fluency in English – German is not required, but nice to have
