About the Role:

Integrated in the Constructel Germany organization, the Regional Telecommunications Operations Director (M/F) will be responsible to manage telecommunications operational activities and teams.

Key Responsabilities:

Operational Management & Teams:

• Coordinate operational teams, ensuring efficiency and meeting objectives.

• Ensure the optimized allocation of human and technical resources across all work fronts.

• Foster a high-performance environment, promoting ongoing training and team motivation.

SLA Compliance & Customer Satisfaction (NPS):

• Ensure strict compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) defined with customers.

• Continuously monitor operational performance and service quality indicators.

• Work proactively to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (NPS), anticipating and resolving problems.

Financial Management & Billing:

• Ensure that all work performed is billed, ensuring revenue maximization.

• Implement effective processes to control costs and optimize operating margin.

• Monitor financial and operational indicators, promoting corrective actions when necessary.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

• Develop and implement improvements in operational processes to increase efficiency.

• Invest in digitalization, mechanization and automation to optimize workflows and reduce costs.

• Work in collaboration with other strategic areas of the company to drive innovation and growth.

Profile:

• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience as Operational Director in the area of ​Fixed Telecommunications network infrastructures.
• Solid experience in the area of ​Fixed Telecommunications Networks.
• Solid experience in the telecommunications or energy sector is highly valued.
• Previous experience in team management.
• Solid planning and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and German (oral and written).
• Training or experience in implementing sustainability policies is highly valued.
