Full-time, Remote with Frequent Travel

Berlin, Germany


Our client is a leading European company specializing in the production and global distribution of euGMP-certified cannabis & cannabinoid-containing pharmaceuticals.


They are looking for a highly motivated Sales/Account Manager:in (m/f/d) to join their team in Germany, and lead expansion across the Berlin Region.


This role is crucial for supporting key accounts, engaging with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs), and providing expert product guidance. The goal is to ensure excellent customer satisfaction through knowledgeable consultation and outstanding service.


This role is remote and requires frequent work travel across the region via personal car to strengthen relationships with customers & key partners.


MUST have previous professional experience in a similar role, ideally with previous account management/sales experience in the legal medical cannabis industry.


MUST be able to speak both German and English fluently/at a C1+ level.


MUST have a valid driver's license, with access to a personal vehicle for daily work use.


This position is open to those who can legally work in the EU, and are based in the Berlin area.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Key Account Management & Client Support:
  • Act as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring high-level support
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with HCPs, KOLs, and distribution partners
  • Provide continuous product information and support to pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare institutions
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve strategies and products


Scientific Communication & Training:

  • Serve as a scientific resource for HCPs and KOLs on medical and pharmaceutical topics
  • Share balanced, evidence-based product information with external stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver training programs, presentations, and informational materials


Problem Solving & Service Optimization:

  • Proactively address and resolve client and key account inquiries
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments for timely resolution
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and service quality


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in customer service or key account management, preferably within medical cannabis, pharma, healthcare, or biotech sectors in Germany
  • Strong knowledge of medical cannabis, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare products is a plus
  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical thinking to leverage key account insights for strategic decisions
  • Solution-oriented with a strong customer focus
  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
