Clinical Support Specialist – Sleep & Respiratory

Location: (North Germany) - Schleswig Holstein, Mecklenburg, Berlin Brandenburg, Niedersachsen and Sachsen Anhalt.

Our client specializes in delivering cutting-edge implants and services that improve patient care and empower healthcare professionals.

They are seeking a dedicated and motivated Clinical Specialist to join their team. This role involves working closely with both patients and healthcare professionals, providing education, training, and post-care support in the field of sleep & respiratory solutions.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the growth of the business while working independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide post-care support to patients, including assistance in sleep labs.
• Train and educate employees in sleep and respiratory clinics to ensure best practices.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Conduct regular one-to-one calls with team members to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Work independently in the field while contributing as a team player.
• Occasionally travel to company events or meetings.

Qualifications:

• Background in sleep/respiratory related healthcare or similar clinical experience is highly desirable.
• A self-motivated individual with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining close connections with team members and employees.
• Previous experience in a clinical support or training role is a plus.
