IT Engineer (Junior to Mid Level)

The Role:

As an integral part of the IT team in the rapidly expanding Munich office. Serving as the local IT expert, you will manage IT hardware, software, infrastructure, and our sophisticated information security tools. You will also lead both local and company-wide projects related to technical infrastructure and information security.

Day-to-Day:

• Use MDM tools to configure and manage endpoints across macOS, Windows, and Linux platforms.
• Identify and propose solutions to improve the security, reliability, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.
• Oversee and optimize the office LAN and VPN infrastructure in the Paris office.
• Work with the IT team to manage and improve our corporate, development, and customer environments, mainly using Microsoft 365, Entra, Atlassian, Cloudflare, and other SaaS tools.
• Provide comprehensive end-user support, particularly to employees in the Paris office, without on-call duties.

You Should Apply If You:

• Have experience in supporting and automating cloud computing platforms (Microsoft Entra/MS365, using tools like Terraform or Ansible).
• Excel in proactive problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Have experience working with Linux and Windows platforms
• Fluent in English
• Able to go through German security clearence (EU/Nato passport)
• German language skills are advantageous
