We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Carbon Fiber Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in composite material design and engineering, with a focus on lightweight and high-performance structures. This role involves the development and optimization of carbon fiber reinforced components for our advanced projects.

Requirements

1. Design and Engineering: - Expert skills in CATIA V5 / 3DEXPERIENCE for the design and simulation of carbon fiber components. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure design integrity and manufacturability. - Strong understanding of composite material properties and behaviors.

2. Manufacturing: - Hands-on experience with various manufacturing processes, including prepreg layup, resin transfer molding, and autoclave curing.

3. Professional Experience: - Experience in professional motorsport and series development is highly desirable.

4. Soft Skills: - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
