? Hiring: Founding Engineer | AI Voice Tech | Berlin (Onsite)

I’m hiring on behalf of a VC-backed AI startup in Berlin that's reinventing how businesses handle voice communication using AI-powered agents.

They’ve already hit six-figure ARR, recently closed a multi-million euro round, and are now looking for a Founding Engineer to help shape the product, tech, and culture from the ground up.

You’ll work directly with the founding team to build 0–1 features, influence technical decisions, and take full ownership of what you ship.

? Offer: €70k–€120k base + 0.3–1% equity
