Position Overview

This is a high-impact, strategic role responsible for shaping global go-to-market strategies, guiding cross-functional teams, and driving customer engagement for the Hall-effect sensor business. You will play a critical role in ensuring the company's continued leadership and innovation in the sensor space.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the global marketing strategy for Hall-effect sensor solutions
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform business strategy
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, and Sales teams to define product roadmaps
• Cultivate and manage relationships with key customers, OEMs, and partners
• Create technical sales materials, tools, and training content for internal teams
• Track emerging technology trends and assess their impact on business strategy
• Support pricing models, forecasting, and profitability initiatives
• Work with Communications to produce impactful technical marketing content

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Over 10 years of experience in technical marketing, product management, or business development in the semiconductor or sensor industry
• Strong knowledge of Hall-effect sensor technologies and applications
• Proven experience engaging with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and system integrators globally
• Skilled in strategy, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration
