Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to be based in Germany, providing expert technical assistance to our distributors (e.g., product maintenance, training) to ensure optimal product performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to conduct customer visits, offering technical consultations and solutions.
- Perform product maintenance and troubleshooting (inverters, lithium batteries, etc.) for distributors and end-users.
- Organize and deliver technical training programs to empower distributors’ service capabilities.
- Gather customer/partner feedback, analyze market needs, and support product optimization/business strategy development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, New Energy, or related fields.
- Fluent in German and English.
- 1+ years of technical support experience in PV/storage/power electronics, with inverter/battery expertise preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service skills, and willingness to travel frequently.
- Ability to troubleshoot independently while working collaboratively.
