Key Responsibilities

 Participate in the project pricing of new opportunities.

 Participate in the entire bidding process, from pre-quotation, bidding, cost optimization and tender quotation.

 Communicate with clients for information exchange and clarification of projects and solutions, propose innovative solutions to ensure good economic performance.

 Responsible for developing and maintaining fleet, shipowner, and subcontractor resources, handling quotation requests, and evaluating proposals to identify the most cost-effective solutions.

 Work closely with the IP business sales front-end team to deliver the best commercial solutions that meet customer requirements.

 Possesses logistics solution planning skills and the ability to leverage market resources to identify suitable options, providing commercial quotations based on feasible solutions.

Key Qualifications

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree or above in transportation, maritime law, international trade and other related majors is preferred.

Professional Skills:

• At least 5 years working experience in shipping company, freight forwarding company, ship operator company or chartering brokerage company (can be relaxed to more than 5 years if outstanding candidates).

• Ability to review, assimilate and incorporate due diligence.

Soft Skills:

• Good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit.

• Sincerely responsible and High self-motivated working style, ability to think and handle problems independently under pressure.

• Proven ability to build relationships across different cultures, collaborative across various parts of the organization.

• Priority is given to candidates with rigorous work habits, innovative thinking, and strong problem-solving abilities. • Fluent in English.
