Position Summary


As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in enabling our executive team to function efficiently and strategically. You will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and support key initiatives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including monitoring client payments, company expenses etc
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support in the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and communications (emails, memos, briefings).
  • Assist with HR, finance, and operations tasks as needed, particularly relating to onboarding/offboarding, expense reports, and salary payouts.
  • Plan and coordinate team events and company-wide meetings.
  • Continuously seek to improve administrative processes and increase efficiency.


Qualifications


  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in a startup or eCommerce environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • English at a minimum B2+
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion in dealing with confidential information.
  • Tech-savvy; proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and project management tools like Click Up
  • Experience supporting remote or hybrid teams is a plus.
