Key Responsibilities
- Drive product sales activities for both new and renewal business, consistently achieving or surpassing revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams and channel partners to develop and execute strategies that drive product and service revenue.
- Contribute effectively at all stages of the sales process, from lead generation to closing.
- Maintain clear communication with sales and technical teams regarding product updates, success stories, and best practices.
- Build and nurture strong business relationships with current and prospective clients to generate new opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, shows, and conventions.
- Deliver advanced solution presentations tailored to customer needs, clearly articulating the unique advantages of the company’s offerings.
- Coordinate technical support for product demonstrations, proof-of-concept projects, evaluations, and training.
- Develop compelling written proposals, quotations, and value propositions in collaboration with team members.
- Gather and relay client feedback to product development and marketing teams.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent in science or engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting, with a proven track record in AI, machine learning, engineering, or technology solutions.
- Consistent achievement of sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams (development, marketing, product management, etc.).
- Strong collaboration skills, especially with colleagues distributed across multiple global locations.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Combination of a degree in Science/Engineering and an MBA.
