Job Title: Risk and Compliance Officer

Company Profile: International Investment Manager

Overview of Role: The role involves managing compliance and risk for the Munich office and pan-European matters, including information security. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance frameworks, advising on KYC/CDD processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Risk Management and Compliance (Germany):

• Develop and implement risk management frameworks.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and initiate risk mitigation measures.
• Conduct regulatory reporting and risk assessments.
• Perform AML and sanctions screening, and prepare related reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors.

ICT Governance and Information Security (Pan-European):

• Manage ICT third-party processes and incident reporting.
• Maintain and update ICT governance frameworks.
• Coordinate business continuity exercises and digital resilience testing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Risk Management, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in risk management, compliance or ICT Governance, preferably in financial services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in German.
