Due to a resignation, they are looking to secure a new Service Director to manage the team of service engineers worldwide and be responsible for service revenues, both new contract sales and renewal contract execution.

The position is of great influence and strategic importance to the business, so you will be very visible to upper management.

A summary of the required experience is below:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a service leadership position
• Proven background in successful revenue management and increase
• Evaluation of service offerings against market needs and making necessary amendments when required
• Management of spare parts and selling them is an advantage
• Asian market knowledge is a key advantage too
• Must have semiconductor equipment industry experience
• Prior team management experience is essential
