SAP HCM PA PY Consultant (German Payroll)

About the Client

Our client is a global IT leader, specialising in digital transformation, cloud services, and managed solutions. They help businesses across industries achieve strategic goals through innovative, customer-focused technology.

Must-Have Skills

• Fluency in German (written and spoken) for communication with clients.
• 7-10 years of experience with SAP HCM, with a strong focus on Personnel Administration (PA) and Payroll (PY), specifically for Germany.
• Hands-on experience with at least 2–3 full-cycle SAP HCM implementations, including configuration and support of German payroll schemas, wage types, and statutory requirements.

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to SAP Time Management in a German payroll context.
• Understanding of integration points between PA, PY, and other SAP modules (e.g., OM, Time, FI/CO).
• SAP HCM Certification(s) or equivalent project experience.
