Your Skillset:

• At least 3 years of experience in SAP HCM
• Strong expertise in SAP HCM S/4HANA customization
• Experience with SAP PY, OM, PA, PT
• Experience in change management for transformation projects
• ABAP experience is a plus
• Project management experience along with HR process and personnel administration knowledge
• Ideally, experience with additional SAP modules
• Fluent in German and English

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SAP PY as part of SAP HCM S/4HANA transformation projects
• Manage and coordinate interfaces with other SAP modules
• Oversee collaboration with external partners
• Standardize and harmonize existing processes
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions through customization
• Lead or support international SAP HCM projects
• Provide first- and second-level support
