About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and knowledgeable Sales Manager - Energy Storage to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on driving sales for our Energy Storage products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Translate market demand and customer project plans into successful sales orders.
  • Monitor industry standards and market trends to inform product development and improvements.
  • Develop and implement bidding strategies for all phases of the tender process (pre-tender, tender, and post-tender).
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to review bid documents and ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Support the commercial team during contract negotiations, including both commercial terms and technical specifications.
  • Assist in payment collection and post-sale customer support.
  • Address and resolve key customer issues during project execution and after-sales, ensuring high customer satisfaction.


Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales or Customer Account Management within the new energy storage industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project-based sales, with a strong preference for candidates with international tendering experience. Experience in grid-side energy storage is highly desirable.
  • Proven skills in technical discussions and commercial contract negotiations.
  • Solid understanding of Energy Storage technologies is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
  • Effective team player with a resourceful mindset.
  • Willingness to travel frequently; occasional international travel may be required.
  • Proficient in MS Office and general computer literacy.
