Your Impact
In this role, you'll be the critical link between our agency's capabilities and our clients' success. Here's how you'll make an impact:
- Function Creation: Design the client onboarding process, check-in templates, and performance review frameworks from scratch
- Client Success: Lead weekly meetings where you'll present results, explain what's working, and outline next steps in plain language
- Strategic Guidance: Look at performance metrics each morning, identify what needs fixing, and work with our teams to make it happen
- Relationship Management: Craft clear, jargon-free performance summaries that show the actual business impact we're making
- Performance Oversight: Spot warning signs in campaigns or client satisfaction and address issues before the client even notices
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Be the bridge between our creative team and media buyers, translating needs between departments
- Business Growth: Create schedules for ad production and media plans, then ensure everyone sticks to deadlines
- Team Building: Create systems and templates so we can eventually scale this function as we grow
Requirements
- 3+ years of agency experience with proven client success stories
- Native/near-native English proficiency (German is a plus but not required)
- Strong understanding of e-commerce fundamentals and performance marketing
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads and digital marketing strategies
- Experience in media buying or creative strategy preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Organizational Ninja Skills: Always ahead of the game, anticipating needs before they arise
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Experience in software sales or client management is highly valued
