Accountable for annual business targets, profit growth, and accounts receivable management for the assigned strategic customer. Based on the company's overall objectives, formulate and cascade goals to the vertical team and continuously track the execution of marketing targets and tasks.
Responsible for developing and implementing global marketing strategies for the assigned strategic customer. Lead global opportunity management, and organize business opportunity identification, marketing tracking and analysis, and customer relationship management efforts.
Responsible for conducting regular business performance analysis of the assigned strategic customer. Focus on the vertical sales team’s process management and ensure the orderly execution of the annual marketing plan.
Responsible for establishing a global collaborative marketing mechanism. Lead cross-regional collaboration among front-line sales teams to promote coordinated marketing across and within regions.
Participate in building the cooperative ecosystem for the assigned strategic customer. Play a business leadership role in ecosystem evaluation, negotiation, onboarding, and joint marketing efforts, in alignment with the customer's marketing strategy.
Lead collaboration efforts between the assigned strategic customer, the group’s direct customer department, and local networks. Participate in coordinated marketing for both domestic and international projects to maximize overall company interests.
Requirements:
Possess sharp market insight and a global perspective, with strong capabilities in business development and customer relationship building;
Demonstrate strong learning ability and continuously maintains a knowledge level aligned with technological developments in the customer's industry;
Solid sales management skills, with proficiency in business data analysis and reporting;
Capable of communicating and writing in English; proficiency in a third language is a plus.
