You will be a key contributor in the strategic and operational business activities for the overall GEA Group. At this role you will closely collaborate with our Workstream Lead Sales Excellence regarding board-relevant topics focusing on worldwide business development and transformation in Sales and Service.

Your Responsibilities:
· Actively support the workstream Sales Excellence in strategical and operational business activities
· Own and carry out projects focusing on Sales and Service business development and transformation
· Analyze business problems and develop potential solutions and concepts including proposals
· Develop and coordinate strategic and operational business decisions
· Prepare, moderate, coordinate and organize Top-Management workshops and meetings
· Support the business transformation together with initiative leads by setting up KPIs and structure to follow-up on progress (KPI setting, reporting structure and updates, meetings, milestones, and timelines etc.)
· Preferably min. 3 years of background in Sales Excellence and/or Sales Operations
· Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent qualification - preferably already first experience in Sales strategies (e. g. Route-to-Market) or digital Sales
· Structured and self-reliant working approach
· Analytical mindset combined with a strong business acumen
· Team-player that thrives in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity and embrace changes to the scope of your role switching between strategic and operational topics
· Willingness to travel and to work in a global community (depends heavily on the individual projects but 20% to be expected)
· Very good communication and presentation skills
· Fluent in English, further languages of advantage
