<p>I am working with a startup changing the game for Gen AI who are looking to add experience Senior MLOps Engineers to their team in Germany. </p><p><br></p><p>They have just raised another round of funding and are now looking to continue their exciting growth plans. </p><p><br></p><p>They are looking for someone who:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Has start-up experience</li><li>Enjoys working on Greenfield projects and has a proven track record </li><li>Thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment </li><li>Has expertise in cloud infrastructure, incl. compute, storage, networking, toolchains, and observability frameworks. </li><li>Has built and deployed large-scale cloud platforms for compute heavy workloads and managed 24/7 operations for such systems </li><li>Has proven experience designing and scaling ML infrastructure, including high-performance computing (HPC), chip architectures, and data science platforms</li><li>Has strong ML tooling knowledge—developing scalable platforms that enable rapid prototyping and seamless deployment of ML models</li><li>Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and DevOps tools to automate and optimize workflows</li><li>Speaks fluent English and has the right to work in Germany </li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Salary is flexible depending on experience but realistically could go up to €100k (possibly higher for the perfect candidates). </p><p><br></p><p>Fully remote in Germany.</p><p><br></p><p>Applicants must have the right to work in Germany and visa sponsorship is not available</p>
