Your Role:
- Lead regional sales efforts for complex B2B software solutions in the Rhine-Main region.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow market presence.
- Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with customers and partners.
- Identify and acquire new system partners and potential customers.
- Gather customer feedback to support the evolution of products in line with market needs.
- Represent the company at trade fairs and regional events.
Your Qualifications:
- Completed technical/business studies or equivalent training.
- Proven experience in B2B sales of complex software solutions or IT application consulting.
- Strong background in the security technology or building automation industries.
- Confident with excellent negotiation, communication, and acquisition skills.
- A customer-centric approach with a passion for presenting and selling innovative products.
- Independent work style and adaptability to new challenges.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Located in the Rhine-Main region with a willingness to travel locally.
