We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Salesforce Core team, focusing on the Manufacturing market. This role is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a proven track record of success and a strong network in Manufacturing. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, forging strong relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering exceptional customer success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer success.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within assigned accounts, driving proactive account expansion and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, ensuring a consultative, outcome-based approach.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, professional services, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem to deliver value and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) to maintain customer engagement and uncover new opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering guidance on industry trends, integration strategies, and MuleSoft's product roadmap.
  • Leverage your knowledge of the manufacturing market to build strong pipelines and close deals effectively.

What we're Looking For:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and German;
  • Market Expertise: Strong understanding of the manufacturing market and a well-established C-level network.
  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in the software or technology industry, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to understand complex business challenges and articulate the value of Salesforce's solutions to address these challenges.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, delivering exceptional customer success and achieving mutual goals.
  • Results-Oriented: A self-starter who is driven, competitive, and eager to achieve significant revenue targets.
  • Collaboration Skills: Experience working with partners, advisory firms, and cross-functional teams to drive results.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating fast-paced, dynamic environments while maintaining focus on long-term growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
  • Experience driving large deals (>$250K) with multiple stakeholders.
