Team Lead – Wind Project Construction & Engineering

A leading European Independent Power Producer (IPP) is looking for a Team Lead – Construction & Engineering (Wind Projects) to join their team in Hamburg. This is a senior role with real scope for impact and progression, leading a team of engineers through the execution phase of large-scale onshore wind projects across Germany.

With nearly 20 years of experience and operations in over 7 countries, this company has built a strong, global reputation for delivering high-quality wind, solar PV, and BESS projects. Their German portfolio continues to expand rapidly, and this is a key moment to get on board as they strengthen their market position.

The Role

As Team Lead, you’ll take the reins on the construction and engineering side of wind projects, guiding a skilled team through the delivery of complex, utility-scale assets. You’ll:

• Oversee all technical aspects during the execution phase
• Lead and support a team of engineers, ensuring alignment and excellence across disciplines
• Work closely with project managers, procurement, and external partners
• Drive best practices, safety, and performance on-site
