A global investment management firm is currently hiring an enthusiastic and skilled Business Continuity Manager for their Frankfurt office. Reporting to the Head of Office, the ideal candidate can expect strong exposure and excellent opportunities for progression.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee second line of defence Business Continuity topics
• Act as an interface between the first and second lines of defence
• Conduct spot checks on first line of defence activities

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have 1–2 years of practical experience in Business Continuity Management (preferred)
• Be capable of providing hands-on, practical guidance
• Have a relevant background in banking or the broader financial services sector
• Be fluent in both German and English
