Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop new Distributors and end users to increase sales volumes;
  • Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with key customers through telephone, visits, and other means;
  • Regular reports: Weekly reports of daily activities and PipeLines of new projects;
  • Achieve sales targets and collect payments in a timely manner;
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers and expand new business;
  • Establish mutually beneficial business relationships with customers.
  • Responsible for product quality tracking and customer feedback collection.
  • Responsible for after-sales customer service, handling customer inquiries, and achieving professional standards.
  • Assist in order delivery, including order confirmation, shipment confirmation, shipment and logistics tracking, etc.
  • Collect competitive product information and predict market preferences;
  • Responsible for the development of distributors and partners in the covered areas;
  • Handle other assigned projects.


Qualifications


  • Experiences in the packaging industry and knowledge.
  • Good personality with reliable, hard-working,and honest.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 4 years prior industry-related business development experience

Germany Office Address: 53359, Rheinbach, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany

Work Type:

Candidates from France, Italy, and Portugal can work remotely.

Candidates from Germany need to work On-site.

Work Time: 8 hours, Monday-Friday,8-17,1 hour lunch break time.

Salary: Fixed Remuneration + Commission, negotiable.
