Installing,configuring, coordinating, and supporting local PC hardware andapplications in a Windows and Mac OS environment. Maintainingend-user support at the 2nd and 3rd level, ensuring systemavailability within predefined timeframes. Ensuring timelyresolution of IT incidents, service requests, and problems reportedby end-users. Working together with other IT teams and individualsinvolved to ensure smooth integration and support of IT systems.Supporting enterprise projects and initiatives to drive innovationand efficiency. Installing software and providing standard desktopapplication support. Assisting centralized teams by providinghands-on support and conducting thorough investigations to resolveMIM issues. Supervising and tracking work requests to meet SLAs andcustomer needs. Providing assistance with colleague onboarding andoffboarding processes. Participating in audits and businesscontinuity planning activities. Maintaining IT inventory andvalidating hardware and software licenses. Keeping track ofIT-related documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.Traveling up to 25% to support other sites when required. The keysto success: Experience in system integration or a comparable field(MCSE, MCITP, etc.). Familiarity with Windows 11 and deploymenttechnologies such as Intune and Autopilot. Excellent Germanlanguage skills and good English language skills (both speaking andwriting). IT support experience, preferably in mid to large-sizedcompanies. A valid driving license (class B). Good knowledge ofWindows operating systems and PC/Server hardware. Skills andexperience with the Microsoft Office 365 product family, with theability to showcase Office 365 features and capabilities. Theability to support remote tools, antivirus and backup programs,hardware imaging, and other related tasks. A constant learningattitude to stay updated with the latest IT knowledge. Acustomer-focused attitude, ensuring the highest level ofsatisfaction for end-users. Strong written and verbal communicationskills to effectively interact with all individuals involved.
