he C&I Energy Storage Solutions Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales teams to acquire and retain large C&I clients across Europe. You will act as the technical and commercial expert, designing tailored energy storage solutions, conducting feasibility analyses, and ensuring seamless project execution. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer-facing skills, and a deep understanding of energy storage economics.

quirements:​Bac

helor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.3+ years in energy storage/system design, preferably in PV or BESS applications.Technical Skills: Proficiency in BESS design, lithium-ion technologies, and grid interconnection.Hands-on experience with simulation tools (e.g., PVsyst, MATLAB) and financial modeling.Knowledge of European electrical standards and safety protocols.Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex technical concepts.Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages (e.g., Italian, Spanish, Dutch, German, French, Belgian, Swedish, etc.) is a strong plus.Travel：Willingness to travel up to 50% within Europe
