About the Role:

This is a rare opportunity to design and implement mission operations from the ground up for a trailblazing European Earth Observation constellation. You’ll lead a newly formed function, architect systems, manage suppliers, and grow a high-performing team delivering secure, sovereign satellite operations.

The Company:

Operating at the forefront of space technology, this agile and product-led organisation is establishing Europe’s first commercial constellation of very high-resolution (VHR) Earth observation satellites. Their mission is pivotal to autonomous European high-resolution Earth Observation data, providing global coverage across a wide variety of crucial applications.

To Be Successful, You’ll Need:

• A proven background designing and building mission operations systems end-to-end, preferably in LEO

• Team leadership experience within mission operations environments

• Expertise in managing supplier relationships, with extensive experience in an outward facing role.
